Change-over day:
Saturday to Saturday (other days possible in low season).
Optional linen hire:
Sheets and towels are available for hire at € 12 per person, per change.
Heating:
Heating, when required, is charged at € 30 per week.
Security Deposit:
A SEPARATE security deposit cheque of £ 100 (€150) is required. This is returned to you within 15 days of your return home.
Cleaning Service:
If you don't wish to clean the property at the end of your stay, an optional full cleaning service is available at € 35

How to book:
1. Please phone or e-mail to check the availability.
2. We require a 25% deposit to secure the booking. We accept payments by cheque in Euros, bank draft in Euros, cheque in Pounds Sterling, or inter-bank transfer. (Some payment methods may require a surcharge to cover bank fees, you will be advised of this at the time of payment.)
3. Print the Booking Form from by clicking on the link below. Fill in two copies and post these to us.
4. You will then receive confirmation and receipt by post.
5. The balance payment is due 8 weeks before your holiday. Make a note in your diary to arrange this payment. Please send your SEPARATE Security Deposit cheque (£100 or €150) at that time, along with proof of your holiday insurance.
6. You will then receive your final receipt and the arrival instructions.
